Time for some reflections. Try recalling where were you one year ago.
Have life improved in any ways? Financially, in our business, health, knowledge, spiritually, relationship, etc.
Or are you somewhat the same today as compared to last year?
If we have expectations of growth for our kids, our investments, our assets, our salary, how can we not have any for ourselves?
Sadly, most people only see growth in these 3 categories – their weight, debt, and age.
But it doesn’t have to always be this way.
To have the freedom to choose is a happiness that we often take for granted.
It is also something that we often take for granted. And most of us, we only truly have 3 in a day.
The first choice we get to make is what we choose to see on our phones. That is why we are so enamored with the tiny gadget on our hands.
The second choice is what to choose our meals. This is especially true for lunch. You see, most of us go to work for a long stretch of time in a day. We are often compelled to do a set of required tasks, day in day out. And lunch is the only reprieve we get to make some kind of choice during those arduous hours.
The third choice is when we reach home and lie comfortably on the couch, choosing the shows we want to watch on Netflix.
What kind of life are we living if we are only entitled a miserable 3 choices in our day?
The difference between successful people and average people is that successful people do things that result in themselves having more choices.
Whereas average people settle for what they are given.
Most people think if they fail, the world will die.
Of course it won’t.
The best outcome is, of course, you succeed.
The second best outcome is you fail.
The worst is you didn’t even try.
Thinking small inspires noone, even yourself.
It it easy to think small. The world is not lacking in small thinkers. If you want to succeed, thinking big is a must.
Thinking big motivates and inspires.
Thinking big expands the boundaries of our mind.
Thinking big is not to increase your growth by 3% annually, but to double, or even triple, it.
Thinking big is to overcome your fear of failures. You fear, you do. Fear simply stands for false evidence appearing real.
Most people allow fear to stand in their way of massive accomplishments.
Those who are able to fight and conquer it are able to move on to achieve great things in life.
I love reading.
Not because I know a lot but because I know too little and I want to know more.
A book is like a gold mine. Perhaps, not everything will be valuable in it. But as long as you keep reading, you’ll keep finding treasure.
The more books you read, the more gold mines you explore.
Maybe you read, maybe you don’t. Maybe your preferred way of learning is in the many alternatives we have these days.
No matter what, you must never stop learning because learning is an undeniable part of achieving massive success in life.
