Perhaps, you’re currently going through a period of tough times. Everything seems to come at you all at once and you’re overwhelmed – work, family, bills, health, etc.
You could be suffering from a burnout. But don’t give up. What I mean is don’t think that what you’re going through now is something you’ll go through forever because things will become better.
There will always be light at the end of the tunnel. There will always be rainbows after a storm. What’s difficult is worth doing. Easy things aren’t inspiring and rarely spark changes. You’re doing it well.
Take a break if you’re feeling exhausted. Watch a movie. Drink some tea. Listen to happy music. Or just go sleep and realize that time, indeed, will heal everything.
