Lack of Motivation

One of the most common problems we have is a lack of motivation.

When we are lacking in motivation, we simply can’t find the strength to pull ourselves up, to get what needs to be done, done.

One of the best ways to overcome lack of motivation is to remind ourselves of the purpose we even began with. If the purpose is strong enough, then we will find the power to get moving again.

A lack of motivation is, after all, an obstacle. Obstacles are meant to be overcome, not stop us.
