Morning Routines

Morning routines are very important in determining how well our day will go.

I enjoy starting the day well. Before the sun is up, I’m usually outdoor exercising.

If it’s not workout day, I’ll probably be writing, reading or even doing my work. Every morning, I will also write my journal, write my goals, and learn a new language or improve on my old ones.

It feels great.

But what if I woke up early and start scrolling through my phone for an hour or two? At the end of it, I will feel sluggish and unaccomplished.

Unaccomplished meaning that you have not accomplish anything even before the day has started, while you’ve allowed your energy to be used up while doing nothing lying on the bed.

Scrolling the phone is an energy sapping activity. It tires our eyes easily and exhausts our attention.
