Nobody buys dictionary. But books still sell.
People buy books, fiction or non-fiction, because we love stories.
Stories entertain us. They also educate us. Books can be read and reread. And everytime we read them, we gain new perspectives from the stories in it. And that’s the magic of books.
Movies tell stories but they leave little to the imagination as the pictures are vivid.
Words, on the other hand, leave much for us to imagine and interpret.
And imaginations are powerful, yet often taken for granted. Thanks to our imagination, we are now able to communicate with our friends half way round the world in an instant and fly to the moon.
