Let’s admit it, we want people to listen to us. If not, why bother talking.
But we must also ask ourselves: how much do our words worth?
The best measurement is from the level of success we have. If we are people who have achieved a lot of success, then we can rest assure that people will be buying tickets to hear us talk.
But if we have achieved no success at all, our words become lightweight. Perhaps you’ll think that they’ll worth a lot but to others, they are worthless.
How are you going to convince anyone to invest their time to listen to someone who doesn’t have any success?
Think about it. Is it important for you to be someone who’s well respected that people would love to listen to? If it is, then you’ve got to start building up your reputation and credentials.
