Sometimes, it’s not what we say, but how people perceive us to feel.
Even if you say okay, but your demeanor doesn’t portray as you’re okay, then naturally people will not think that you’re really okay. And you can’t blame them for thinking that way.
This will end up in a lot of misunderstandings and trust issues. So, the point here is to be clear of your intentions. Unless your intentions are meant to be unclear.
And also, be consistent. If your okay is really okay one day, and not really okay on another, then how do you expect anyone to understand and treat you seriously?
