Successful people don’t let trivial matters complicate the important tasks on hand.
Complaining. Small talks. Moaning. Resisting actions. These are unnecessary activities that will only prolong the completion of the tasks.
Getting into a habit of constantly being bugged by these will only bring more frustrations and unproductivity.
Unsuccessful people constantly allow trivial matters to impede their own progression, eventually, making everything seemed difficult and undoable. On the other hand, successful people simply gets (more) things done and move on to bigger, better, things.
Unless it’s a problem that is causing major disruption to the completion of the project as a whole, just get it done and move on.
Any complaints can always be brought up for review at a later time.
